How to participate
Those interested in participating in the Conference with a paper should send an abstract (300 words) and a brief curriculum vitae (150 words) to the Conference Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) before march 24.
Papers must have an extension between 4000 and 5000 words and will be written in Word format (doc or rtf). Languages supported will be Spanish and English.
They should also be referred to one of the following thematic areas:
- - Milestones. Relevant buildings handled as a case study.
- - Transfers. Architectural connections between religions.
- - Perspectives. Space proposals for an immediate future.
A maximum of 20 images may be included in separate jpg files, which should be referenced in the text (Fig. 01).
Bibliographical references will conform to the criteria established in The Chicago Style (author and date).
In addition to architecture, the call is also open to other related disciplines, such as history, art, theology, anthropology, geography, etc., that can help to better understand the object of study.
The Scientific Committee will select the sixteen communications to be read during the event (20 min.)
At the end of the conference, all accepted communications will be published in the online publication Proceedings of the International Conference on Contemporary Religious Architecture (ISSN 2340-5503).
